Request To Use OMG®, IIC™, CISQ™, Digital Twin Consortium®, The AREA Trademarks, Responsible Computing™, UML®, SysML®, CORBA® & BPM+ Health® Logos, Copyrighted Material And Documents

This is a legal agreement; please fill it in and read it carefully before agreeing to it. All fields are required!

Please provide your contact information:

Licensee requests a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material of the Object Management Group, Inc. ("OMG") identified above (the "Marks") for the Proposed Use and for no other purpose. Licensee agrees to comply with the "OMG Trademark Usage Guidelines", as in effect from time to time. In the event of a material breach of this agreement by Licensee, the license granted by this agreement will terminate.

This agreement will be effective upon email acceptance by OMG. Compressed files containing the various logo file formats available will be sent by email. Other copyrighted materials (specifications, e.g.) are available for download from OMG's website.
